Processing Time All artwork and merchandise are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Time Once your order is fulfilled, it ships directly from our production partner’s nearest facility. Average delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–15 business days

Delivery estimates may vary based on carrier volume, weather conditions, or regional customs delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any promotional free‑shipping offers will be applied automatically when available.

Order Tracking You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Multiple Shipments If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Addresses Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Phoenix Creative Co is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at phoenixcreativeandcollc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assist with a replacement or claim as needed.

International Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
